About Us
The NDIS is changing, with the sector moving towards greater regulation and national registration requirements. Secure your future as an independent support worker by joining the ISW Collective.
The ISW Collective, in collaboration with Myndie Care, provides independent support workers and unregistered providers with a pathway to continue operating with autonomy while working under an NDIS registered provider framework. This allows workers to continue supporting the participants they have built meaningful relationships with, while adapting to the changing NDIS environment.
Together, the ISW Collective is creating a connected community of support workers committed to delivering quality, person-centred support and shaping the future of disability support.
